Vending machine has become user friendly for ready made foods and drinks. Can you imagine an office without a coffee vending machine? Companies have realized that offering refreshments in their own premises would actually save them so much time of the employee. Vending machine has now become part of many offices to provide hot coffees and light snacks to the staff. Vending machine can be either managed by the company or else give a contract to others to maintain and stack the machines with products. Some machines are programmed to accept even credit cards.

Vending machine items range from a variety like tobacco products, snacks, healthy food items, drinks, personal care products, electronic items etc. A properly placed vending machine can be a good profit venture to the owner with right kind of products stacked in the machine. For schools and colleges items like soft drinks and snacks would be great. Where in like stations and airports machines offering soaps, brushes and other toiletries would be an advantage. Even entertainment items like CDs, ipods and mp3 would be more viable for long journey customers.

Like all products there are some concerns about vending machine as parents not having control on children’s usage of machine for junk foods and drinks. Vending machine is widely accepted around the world for convenience sake and one can be sure that many more items shall be added to vending machine.
